Once you fill out our inquiry form letting us know what type of travel you are requesting, we will send you a questionnaire to fill out within 24 hours.

Schedule a Consultation Call
Once we received and reviewed your questionnaire (usually 24 hours), we will send out the link to schedule a free consultation call. During the call we will go over all of your responses as well as the pricing for each different signature package. Based on your responses I will recommend the package I believe best suits what you are look for and/or need.

Research & Deliver Proposal
Once we have received your deposit as discussed in the consultation call. It's time to Cue the Confetti and let the planning begin. I will deliver a proposal to you with several options that best match the aesthetics you are looking for within the time frame discussed in the consultation call.

Secure Wedding Date & Group Block
Once you have decided on a specific resort. I will reach out to my contact to make sure the dates you requested are available for your wedding and secure the date. I will also get the rates for the group block (if applicable).

Platinum, Elite & VIP Packages
Revise & Adjust Itinerary
Once we have secured the perfect resort and your dates of travel, and you have paid your resort deposit. I will revise and adjust a customized itinerary for you (and your guest if applicable)

Personalized Wedding Website
Once, I adjust your personalized itinerary and we have chosen the rooms for your guest/guest block. I will create your personalized wedding invite website for you to send to all your guest.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do you get paid?
I'm a professional so I do charge a booking/planning fee. Depending on the package you choose will depend on the cost of the booking/planning fee. This fee pays for my time consulting, researching, and putting together your trip. I am also paid by the resorts. I do not get paid booking airfare. Many resorts have price parity, the cost is same whether you book through me, direct with the resort, or with an online booking engine. The difference between using a travel agent is that I help you plan a stress-free vacation without the hassle of doing it alone, and I am there to advocate for you if something goes wrong.
I currently do not charge any service fees as of 2023. I am paid by the resorts. I do not get paid booking airfare. Do you book rentals like Airbnb or VRBO?
No, I cannot book either of these for clients. Because of Airbnbs protection policy for their owners, the person staying at the home must be the one who books. Additionally, my lack of ability to properly vouch for an Airbnb or VRBO property, I do not include booking Airbnbs as a service. However, I do have a list of preferred suppliers through my host agency that I can rely on and trust that offer rental type properties like an Airbnb or VRBO home.

Can I make payments?
Yes. As long as you're not planning a vacation within 30 days of your arrival, you will be able to make payments. The deposit requirements are set by the resorts, cruise, and the tour operators I book through. Deposit rates vary based on the resort or package you select, and the time you are traveling. Most vacation packages require that you pay the balance 30-45 days prior to your arrival. Once you have approved the proposal I have planned for you, we will then discuss a monthly payment plan arrangement. Again, that payment is made directly to the supplier. However, when you choose me as your travel advisor, I handle those payments for you. You will provide me with your credit card information through my secure CRM Travefy that is PCI DSS compliant, and I will pay the supplier(s) directly for you.

We will also discuss travel insurance when you select your itinerary.

This will depend, during our consultation call we will go over detail of group travel (if you are planning a destination wedding/vow renewal) and based on your needs we will determine if a group block would be beneficial or not. Group blocks are great as I can get you a discounted rate and lock in the rate for your guest, but there are cons too. We will go over all of that during our consultation. But, if you don't qualify for a group rate I have access to all the same pricing for resorts as the online booking sites do and I can price-match online booking engine pricing when comparing. In many cases, I can find discounts and other promotional offerings that are not offered to the general public. Even though you think well if I don't get a discount going through a travel advisor, then I'll just do it myself, you don't have a pro who knows the country and who can advocate for you should unforeseen things happen.
